Bola Tinubu, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has secured 449,884 votes to win Oyo state in the presidential election.

Tinubu beat Atiku Abubakar, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who polled 182,977 votes, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party who scored 99,110 votes.
The APC candidate has also won in Ekiti and Ondo states but lost in Lagos where his party has never lost before.
