Ogechi said this in an interview with BBC Africa after her appointment was heavily criticised.
But she said, “Happiness can be anything to anybody. For some, it means having food on the table, some it’s about the road and for some its security.
All these are policy-driven . Here in Imo State we have free education and this policy makes people happy.”
She also stated that her brother did not create the ministry just because she is his sister.
‘He did not create this ministry just because I am his sister’.
She said with time people will understand the purpose of her office.
