The Federal Executive Council has approved the draft proposal of the 2018 Budget.
Kemi Adeosun, Minister of Finance, disclosed this to State House correspondents on Thursday after the FEC meeting in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
She disclosed that a date with be fixed for the President to present the document to the National Assembly.
The weekly FEC meeting was shifted from Wednesday to Thursday to enable the Council deliberate on the proposed budget.
Detail of the budget was not immediately made available.
