After many consultations, Obaseki joins PDP

EMBATTLED Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki has joined the main opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

He picked his membership form of the party at its Benin City Secretariat on Friday.

“I have officially joined the@OfficialPDPNig to advance my ambition to seek re-election as Governor of Edo State. I, as always, remain committed to engendering good governance and sustainable development of our dear state,” Obaseki wrote on Twitter.
