Peter Obi, the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, says he is ready to take back Nigeria and give to the youths, saying, “We Are Bringing Back Nigerians To Take Back Nigeria”.
Obi said this to his supporters on Saturday in Owerri, Imo state capital, while inaugurating a new secretariat donated to the party by one of his supporters.
The Labour Party candidate stressed the need for the youths to take back the country as Nigeria cannot continue the way it is.
“As you know, campaigns have not started. So, I am not here for campaigns. I am here to receive from a wonderful supporter, who gave us this building to support our movement,” Obi said.
“We have not started campaigns. When campaigns start, we will come, and we will be able to tell you what we will do. But one thing we will assure you is that our journey is not a normal campaign. We are bringing back Nigerians to take back Nigeria.”
“We will take back Nigeria and give it to the youth where it belongs. When that time comes, you will know.”
He thanked the party chairman and the state’s people for their support.
