VIDEO: Stray Rat Gets High On Cannabis After Entering NDLEA's Exhibit Room

Femi Babafemi, the spokesperson of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has shared a video of a rat that became high after it strayed into the exhibit room where the agency stores cannabis.

The video shows the little creature whirling in 360 degrees and other funny movements.
