Six days after his failure to pick the ticket of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, (APGA) Victor Umeh has left the party to pitch tent with Labour Party.
Umeh, the former national Chairman of APGA for eight years lost the ticket of the party for Anambra central senatorial zone to a serving member of the House of Representatives, Ferdinard Dozie Nwankwo who represents Anoacha/Dunukofia/Njikoka Federal Constituency.
But shortly after defeating, Umeh has emerged the candidate of the Labour Party for Anambra central senatorial zone for 2023 general elections.
He was said to have emerged victorious at the primary election of the Labour Party which held in Asaba, Delta state.
