President Muhammadu Buhari has sent seven names of ministerial nominees to the Senate for consideration after some members of his cabinet resigned their portfolios to pursue their political dreams.
Elendu Reports gathered that among the names sent by the president include Henry Iko, Abia State, Umana Umana, Akwa Ibom, Ekuma Joseph, Ebonyi, Goodluck Opiah, Imo, Umar El-Yakub, Kano, Ademola Adegoroye, Ondo and Odum Odi, River State.
Recall that a vacuum had been created in the Federal Executive Council members following the exit of Emeka Nwajiuba, Minister of State for Education, Rotimi Amaechi, Minister of Transportation, Ogbonnaya Onu, Minister of Science and Technology among others.
