Princess Paschala Ayoo Paschal, 14-year old student of Government Secondary School (GSS), Dawaki, Abuja, who was abducted by unknown women from the school’s premises on December 5, 2017, has regained freedom.

Chika Otuchikere, a friend of the Paschala’s family, in a post on Facebook on Friday, said the father of Paschala confirmed the release of his daughter and thanked everyone who helped in one way or the other in the rescue.

“The father of Paschala confirmed this morning that she has been rescued to the Glory of God. We thank everyone who offered a word of prayer for her recovery. God bless you.

“To the Glory of God, our daughter Princess Paschala Ayoo Paschal has been found at a border town in Cross River State.

“She is doing just fine. The culprit will be charged to court soonest. We are still with the police to do the needful. We want to thank you so very much for standing by us during our trying moment. May the almighty God continually guide our families and all that concerns us through Christ, our Lord. Amen,” he said.

At a time of filing this report, it was not however clear if ransom was paid to the abductors or the reason for their action.
