THE Governor of Gombe State, Ibrahim Dankwabo Presidential Campaign has appointed, Ayoade Adewopo, as its official Spokesman and Director of Strategic Communication.
The Director General, Dankwambo Campaign organisation, Tehamba Shija, in a statement issued Friday in Abuja said, Adewopo, a former Governorship aspirant from Osun state is an intellectual public affairs and governance analyst.
“He brings more than 20 years of varied experiences in private and public sectors to the role, and has served as a special advisor and counsel to several multi-nationals and government entities globally. During the Obama Presidential campaigns of 2008 and 2012, he was one of his campaign leaders in the State of Indiana, US,” Shija said
Adewopo is also a legal practitioner, qualified in the United States and also as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Indiana University, Indiana, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Tax Law from Robert Kennedy College (University of Wales), Zurich-Switzerland and a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from The Polytechnic Ibadan, Nigeria.
