THE Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has complied with the court ruling that the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State can field candidates for the National Assembly, Governorship and State Assembly elections on February 23 and March 2 respectively.
The Commission made this known in a statement issued on Friday released through its official Twitter handle @inecnigeria.
