Bauchi Governor, Bala Mohammed, tests positive for Coronavirus after contact with Atiku's son

BALA Mohammed, Governor of Bauchi State has tested positive to coronavirus (COVID-19).

The governor’s Senior Special Assistant on Media, Mukhtar Gidado, announced this in a statement on Tuesday.

This comes a day after the governor took the test after he had contact with the son of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, was confirmed to have been infected with the virus.

Mohammed is the second top government official after Abba Kyari, Chief of Staff to the President who tested positive for the virus.
