ELECTION UPDATE: Atiku wins FCT

THE Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar defeated President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the Federal Capital Territory.

According to results announced at the Presidential Election Collation Centre in Abuja, Atiku and his party PDP scored 259,997 votes.

President Muhamadu Buhari and the APC scored 152,224.
