AMINU Tambuwal, Governor of Sokoto State has added to the gale of defections happening within the All Progressives Congress (APC) as he Wednesday announced his exit from the party.

His defection was announced on Twitter by the official twitter handle of Sokoto Government House.
He is the third governor elected on the platform of APC to leave the party for PDP.
