THE war between some businessmen from Anambra State has become an international affair as it has continued in Johannesbourg, South Africa.
This gang war which came to public knowledge two years ago with the massacre of some worshippers at the Catholic Church in Ozubulu, Ananmbra state, claimed two lives today in South Africa, according to sources who spoke to our reporter.
Two men believed to be close associates of an Ozubulu businessman, Aloysius Ikegwuonu, aka “Bishop of Ozubulu” were this afternoon gunned down on the streets of Johannesbourg, South Africa.
According to our sources, one of the two men murdered this afternoon named Emeka is said to be the South Africa manager of Aloysius Ikegwuonu.
The Catholic Church in Ozubulu where the worshippers were murdered was built and furnished by Ikegwuonu. His father, Cyprian Ikegwuonu was one of the 13 people who died in the massacre of two years ago.
At the burial of his father two years ago, Ikegwuonu, who is said to have been the target of the Ozubulu massacre vowed not to avenge the death of his father.
