TUNDE Bakare, a former running mate to President Muhammadu Buhari during 2011 general elections on the platform of Congress for Progressives Change (CPC), and the Founder of Later Rain Assembly, is expected to lead scores of ministers of God to pray for Nigeria ahead of 2019 general elections.
The cleric, who had in January this year hinted that God told him to run for the topmost office in the country became a renowned social critic of this present administration regarding the state of nation.
Sam Otenaike,the Serving Overseer, Precious Peoples Assembly, in a statement issued on Sunday, disclosed that Pastor Bakare will lead other pastors to the 2018 Nation Builders and Gate Keepers seminar, as they pray to God to prevail on the state of the nation.
The seminar he said will hold between 30th-31st August in Abuja, with the theme; “Behold I do A New Thing – Isaiah :19.”
According to Otenaike, the seminar is designed for Pastors, CEOs, Marketplace Leaders, public servants and opinion moulders to enable them feel the pulse and the heartbeat of God on Nigeria this season.
He added that through the seminar God would do a new thing in the lives of the people individually, in peoples’ businesses, other personal and family endeavours, in ministries and collectively as a nation.
Otenaike noted that the participants would be tought insights and strategies on how to position themselves for this present mine so that they can contribution their quoits towards fulfilling God’s kingdom agenda and for the prosperity of Nigerians and Nigeria.
He stressed; “this year we e privileged to have Dr. Tunde Bakare of the Latter Rain Assembly as our Leads speaker alongside anointed minsters of the gospel such as Pastor Sola Adesoye of the Light House Abuja, Pastor Tunji Akinola of the International House of His Presence Port Harcourt and Apostle Good Heart Obi Ekwueme of the Revival Horn of Glory International Church.
” We would also be ushered into the presence of God in worship by the anoints Dunshin Oyekanmi, Elijah Oyelade, Tee-Worship and Evangelist Chinyere Ndukwe.”
